Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Numina account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is right inside the app — but if you can’t get in, we’ll do it for you.
Delete in the app
- Open the Numina app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and entries are deleted right away.
Request deletion by email
Can’t access the app? Email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you, usually within a couple of business days.

What gets deleted
- Your login and account profile.
- Your journal — every sighting, mood, and note you’ve logged.
- The patterns and clusters derived from your entries.
If you have an active Numina Pro subscription, cancel it in your app store account settings — deleting your account here doesn’t cancel app store billing. We may retain limited records where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
